My name is Craig Mullins and I am a mobile notary public serving the Alameda County Santa Rita Jail. I am fully licensed, bonded, insured, background checked & have permission to enter the Santa Rita Jail.
Alameda County Jail Santa Rita Jail 5325 Broder Blvd. Dublin, CA 94568 (925) 551-6500
The cost is $10.00 per signature plus $40.00 for travel for the first hour.
Additional hours are $40.00. Sorry, but these rates are non negotiable.
Please note: I am not an attorney and cannot help you fill out or choose forms or give legal advice about immigration.
Other IMPORTANT info:
*** I am not able to pass messages to the inmate or give them notes.
*** Please block out all day to get this done. Sometimes I can get in right away, sometimes I have to wait 8 hours or more. It depends on what's going on at the jail & staffing.
*** If we are unable to get the job done the travel fee & additional time must be paid.
*** I need acceptable identification. See below. If the jail has the inmates ID or drivers license inside the jail they will not get it. You will have to bring another form of ID. I am unable to use the inmates wristband.
*** The ID card must match EXACTLY to the document you are signing &
not be expired.
